The Office 2010 beta version has more features included as opposed to technical preview released back July 2009. One from the changes could be the availability of themes or pallettes similar to the ones in Office 2007. You can customize the color scheme of Office 2010 and also the Office suite contains three themes for the customizations- Blue, Silver and Black. Once you change a concept, this theme are going to be available in every one of the Office 2010 applications.

To modify the theme, select the file tab from any from the office application and select options within the File tab.

This will throw open the options windows and select the General tab inside the options and here you will see Color Scheme under User Interface Options.

Once you affect the color scheme, each of the Office 2010 applications will observe the same color scheme. You can modify the color scheme from any office 2010 product key application.
